Price adjustments für Dialogpost, Postwurfspezial and Postaktuell as of January 1, 2024
High inflation and rising energy and staff costs continue to cloud the general economic picture. Meanwhile we endeavor to meet your high quality standards everywhere we operate, without making compromises.
That means we must adjust our prices as of January 1, 2024. For all national dialog marketing products, we are introducing a new surcharge on items sent during the print mailing peak season.
During these months, the high volume of items imposes additional costs on us (for example, the need to invest in our infrastructure in order to handle the large numbers), which we will recover with a peak season surcharge of €0.01/item (Dialogpost and Postwurfspezial) and €0.005/item or €5.00/1,000 items (Postaktuell) from September to December.

- The length must be at least 1.4 times the width. DIALOGPOST items measuring 148 mm in length are also allowed.
- If the sum of the sides is greater than 140 mm.
- For small volumes from 500 - 4,999 items.
- Peak season surcharge from September to December for all formats.
- If the shipment lacks automation capability, a production surcharge applies

- The price of the POSTWURFSPEZIAL card depends on the chosen card size and the permitted grammage. The maximum grammage of 500 g/m2 may not be exceeded. The POSTWURFSPEZIAL card is a one-piece mail item (not a double postcard) in which all information on the mail item is visible from the outside.
- The length must be at least 1.4 times the width.
- If the sides measure at least 140 mm up to a maximum of 250 mm.
- Peak season surcharge from September to December for all formats.
- If the shipment lacks automation capability, a production surcharge applies

- Core area: Postal code areas in Germany with high addressable market potential.
- Peripheral area: All remaining postal code areas in Germany with medium to low addressable market potential.
