Please be advised that transfer (direct deposit / dépôt direct) to an account in Canada or the USA is only possible if you are the sole account holder and the sole person authorized to draw on the account. Pensions may only be transferred to a joint account if it is a joint spousal account and the form has been signed by both parties.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment authorizations sent by fax or e-mail.
