Any personal particulars above and beyond that, such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, are not recorded, unless you disclose them as part of registering to use the online services and for implementing contracts.
Use and disclosure of personal data
We use the personal data you provide solely for technical administration of the websites and to fulfil your wishes and requirements, i.e., usually to handle contracts concluded with you or to respond to your enquiry. We also use the data for product-related surveys and marketing purposes but only if you have given your prior consent or – if required by law – you have not objected to that. Your personal data are not disclosed, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties, unless that is necessary for handling the contract or you have given your explicit consent. It may be necessary, for example, for us to disclose your address and order data to our suppliers when you order products.
