Statement on digital accessibility

We're a company run by people. As such, equal opportunity, inclusion and a sense of belonging are important to us.

Inclusivity has been a part of our corporate culture for years now and has guided our efforts to make our digital offers accessible to EVERYONE.

With the passing of the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG), accessibility is now required by law. In response the company has implemented various measures to ensure that all digital offers subject to the BFSG meet its requirements.

Changes to our online offers for private customers have been based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), to ensure easy access for all. We continue to work tirelessly to improve the customer experience of our digital offers.
