Delivery Information (Parcel)
You can save personal Delivery Information in your DHL customer account. If you are not at home and have not booked any of our recipient services, we will automatically deliver your shipment to a neighbor or to a nearby post office or Packstation.
You can specify in your Delivery Information that, in such cases, shipments should preferably be delivered to a Packstation - or, if not desired, that they should not be delivered to a Packstation but rather to a post office instead.
You can register for a DHL customer account free of charge and save your Delivery Information there.
Second Delivery (Parcel)
Was your shipment addressed to your home unable to be delivered and therefore redirected to a post office or Packstation? If the pickup location is not suitable for you, you can request a Second Delivery.
Note: The Second Delivery service is not available for all shipments. You can find more information in the FAQ on Second Delivery
