• Use RESPONSEPLUS Reply when you want a quick and direct response from your customer. RESPONSEPLUS Reply is similar to the BUSINESS REPLY but offers an added feature: a post matrix code.
• Accepted formats: postcard, Standardbrief, Kompaktbrief and Großbrief.
• RESPONSEPLUS Reply can be used in many different ways:
  • Customer requests for information
  • Data queries
  • Appointment scheduling, etc.

Analysis: If you'd like to have your responses analyzed, a one-time fee will apply. The contract will contain details for this service. Single billing: Even when responses are returned to various branches, the post matrix code makes it possible to bunch them all into one single billing account.

There are two franking options available. Your selection - between the postage paid impression and a customized motif/logo - determines payment modality.

Postage paid impression

Variant A: You assume the cost of postage

• Sample wording: "Entgelt zahlt Empfänger" (No stamp required)
• Cost: You pay the basic postage (e.g., EUR 0.45* for a postcard).

• Sample wording: "Bitte ausreichend frankieren" (Please use correct postage) or "Bitte frankieren, falls Marke zur Hand" (Franking optional) or similar wording.

• This option leads to various cost structures:

  1. Franking performed by your customers (e.g. 45 euro cents* for a postcard): You as recipient do not have to pay any postage.

  2. No franking: You pay the basic postage for the item (e.g. 45 euro cents* for a postcard).

• RESPONSEPLUS Referral gives customers the chance to recommend your company to friends and family.
• Your customers send the referral item to friends and family at no cost to them.
• The postcards can be sent along with mailing campaigns, merchandise shipments or laid out in stores.
• The cards are customized with a customer-specific image/logo.
• Coupons, vouchers and special offers can also be used to boost customer motivation.
