News

Tips from previous participants and tower-running experts:

‟The physical strain is unimaginable. At the beginning, I was always taking two steps at a time. But after the seventh floor, I could barely do anything anymore.”

“Stair running trains strength and endurance. You run almost exclusively on the balls of your feet, while the heels are hardly put under any strain. Primarily, it strengthens the quadriceps, the gluteus maximus and the hamstring muscles.”

“You often reach your maximum heart rate after the first four floors already. In any case, beginners should work on their basic endurance before they venture out onto a stairwell.”
