If so, the Pension Service did not receive your Proof of Life 2025 by the required deadline.
How to submit your Proof of Life:
Please send the original Life Certificate, signed by you and officially certified, by letter mail to:

Once your Life Certificate has been received, your pension payments will resume.
Important: Life Certificates sent by fax or e-mail cannot be accepted.
If you receive multiple pensions, a separate certificate is required for each pension.
Note for pension beneficiaries from Italy: please submit a current Certificato di Residenza.
