Postal retail outlets
Postal retail outlets offer postal and, in some cases, Postbank services. The exact offering available at outlets operated by partners of Post & Parcel Germany varies depending on the location. Customers can simply select their desired location to view some of the services provided there.
Postbank branches
Postbank branches offer the complete range of postal products and services for letters, parcels and DHL Express shipments, along with all Postbank products and services. Customers at these locations will find the full spectrum of postal products and services for letters and parcels.
DHL Paketshops
Paketshops also operated by partners of Post & Parcel Germany. They accept pre-franked small and regular parcels and returns, and they also sell parcel stamps, providing customers with a quick and simple means of dropping off their parcel items for delivery.
Sales points for stamps
Post & Parcel Germany also sells stamps in some shops, with customers able to purchase stamp sets for letters and postcards as well as registered mail stamps. None of these shops are able to calculate postage or accept letters and parcels for delivery.
DHL Packstations
Customers can use our automated Packstations in Germany to send and receive parcels. The network of customer-friendly conventional and app-operated lockers is designed to offer even better service to our ever-growing number of users.
DHL Poststations
The new automated Poststations offer numerous options for sending and receiving letters and parcels. Customers can use the contactless feature to print out letter and parcel stamps at the locker itself, send letters, send and receive parcels, and make cashless payments.
DHL Paketboxes
Paketboxes allow customers to drop off pre-franked parcels and returns. They cannot be used to purchase parcel stamps.
DeinFach
DeinFach is a provider-independent parcel locker that can be used to send and receive items, DHL or otherwise, around the clock. The locker system affords customers the flexibility of collecting and dropping off their parcels at one central location.
