No. The pension can be paid into an account:

• that you control exclusively, or
• for which you have granted another person account authorization,
• that is a joint account, or

• that belongs to another person (for accounts within the EU only).

Please provide the relevant information in the form.

If another person uses the account or has power of attorney for it, please enter that person's details in the "Additional Information" section.

Please provide:

• First and last name

• Address
• Relationship to the pension beneficiary

The pension beneficiary must always sign the form.

Depending on the circumstances, additional persons may also need to sign.

Yes. If the person receiving the payment has an account with a bank in the EU, the pension can also be paid into another person's account.

In this case, the details of the payment recipient must be entered in the "Additional Information" section. All required signatures must also be provided.

Yes. Different countries may have different requirements regarding bank account information.

For example, some countries require specific bank identification codes in addition to the account number. Please provide all information supplied by your bank in full.
