Requesting alternative Digital Proof of Life access

If you require new access to the Digital Proof of Life process to verify your eligibility, you can request that new access data be sent to your e-mail address.

We require the following data regarding the pension recipient:

  • First and last name
  • Postal service payroll number (PANR) and postal service pension number (PRNR)
  • Date of birth
  • E-mail address to which the link containing the alternative access data is to be sent

Reference number

You can find the 8-digit reference number in the middle of the header of your 2025 Digital Proof of Life letter.

Postal service payroll number (PANR) and Postal service pension number (PRNR)

You can find the 3-digit PANR and the 14-digit PRNR at the top left in the header of your 2025 Digital Proof of Life letter or your pension adjustment notification. The first three digits represent the PANR and the subsequent 14 digits the PRNR.
