Users benefit from Deutsche Post’s high level of recipient accessibility because our deliverers know nearly every address, have access to multi-unit mailboxes in blocks of flats and even deliver mail to Packstations. When the recipient has moved, the merchandise is forwarded and you can quickly and easily update addresses digitally with PREMIUMADRESS.

You can frank your WARENSENDUNG items with an internet stamp or one of several other types of franking. WARENSENDUNG items are generally delivered no later than four working days after posting. When you post more than four WARENSENDUNG items at a time, you are allowed to deliver them sealed. Items that are posted individually may not be sealed so that they can be opened for inspection purposes. An invoice and other accompanying documents may be enclosed. Please note that ‘WARENSENDUNG’ (merchandise shipment) must be marked above the address.
To make it easier to prepare larger volumes for dispatch we offer our business customers who use their own envelopes and wrappers practical pre-franked WARENSENDUNG labels and pre-stamped, ready-to-post Warenpack envelopes for Warenversand.
