Single and multiple inquiries
Please enter the shipment number or the reference number (IT postage) used in the matrix code as well as the date of posting.
Multiple inquiries (registration required)
By using our Deep-Link you can optimize your single inquiry and view your shipment status with one single click.
Deutsche Post provides status information on an hourly basis in file format (csv) for retrieval from an SFTP account (Secure File Transfer Protocol). Please make sure that you are able to access the data via SFTP.
You can use this TrackEventInformationService to request the tracking information for your shipments. To use this service you are required to address the interface via a web service.
