New IT franking with matrix code
This new IT FRANKING technology has replaced the traditional postage paid impression with a Deutsche Post accounting number.
If requested, Mail IT Service will send you detailed specifications for IT franking with matrix code incl. conditions of use, printing requirements, matrix code contents, illustrations of dimensions and measurements etc.
There are two available options depending on how much "storage space" you need within the matrix code itself.
You can either opt to dispose of the standard franking imprint appearing in the envelope's franking zone or on the address slip or you may choose to retain it.
Start taking advantage of the benefits now:

The data matrix code is the key to PREMIUMADRESS. All related data are found either in the matrix code or in the address window. Your items are scanned via the data matrix code and recorded in PREMIUMADRESS, thus enabling optimum update of your addresses.
