Geo-based analyses provide greater transparency using a visual representation of complex facts by integrating spatial references. Solutions in the areas of database management and data mining create the basis for long-term customer relationships and systematically unlocking new potential.
In terms of address leasing Deutsche Post Direkt offers a wide selection of target group addresses to acquire potential new customers. The lease database, with some 37 million consumer addresses, ensures that almost every household across Germany is covered.The addresses are continuously maintained using the postal reference file and specific target groups are selected based on information from the microdialog microgeographic database. Some six million lifestyle addresses supply personal data on buying behaviour, specific consumer focus and purchasing requirements. All lifestyle data are released for commercial use. In the area of list broking Deutsche Post Direkt acts as an independent broker of customer addresses from list owners to advertising companies. As the only list broker on the German market Deutsche Post Direkt cleanses consumer lists of undeliverable addresses free of charge. Address lists are also marketed exclusively. With some four million German business addresses across more than 7000 sectors, customers have direct access to companies and the appropriate contact partners within the company. In order to approach new customers in foreign markets consumer addresses from 22 European countries and business addresses from 70 nations around the world are available. Several million e-mail addresses complete the address leasing portfolio.
