If you're moving house, our redirection service NACHSENDESERVICE ensures that your items always reach the new address, for up to 12 months.
In order to ensure that you can always be reached, you should order your redirection service ideally 2 to 3 weeks, and at least 5 working days, before you leave.
Still if you're leaving home temporarily or in sensitive situations, you can trust in NACHSENDESERVICE. We'll forward your items in case of death or covered care.

While you are relaxing on vacation, we will store your mail - whether for a few days or up to 3 months. All we need from you is a redirection order, placed preferably 2 to 3 weeks before you leave, but a minimum of 5 working days in advance.
As soon as you are back home, we'll pack up your mail well and deliver it to you at an agreed time.
