INFOPOST-MANAGER offers a series of valuable functions and features that make preparing Infopost items for dispatch a real cinch.
INFOPOST-MANAGER is available in a standard version for the normal user but can also be extended to INFOPOST-MANAGER PROFESSIONAL via a separate module, making it the perfect choice for users who produce large-volume mailings on a regular basis. For those who use Infopost-Manager frequently and for more complex projects, the option is there to purchase modules that can help tailor the solution to fit their exact needs.

With the International Optimization module, you will be able to prepare all your international mailshots for dispatch as INfopost International.
Posting your items as letters international at kilo-rates is also possible.
This international version of INFOPOST-MANAGER also makes sure that all postal regulations are met and even lets you select the conveyance method (air, land or SAL) for both country groups and individual countries. And as with your national items, this international module will provide you with all the necessary processing and posting lists.
Users must already have the
Professional module in order to use International Optimization. Please note: This module is only available to customers within Germany.
- Module: Vario

This module enables INFOPOST-MANAGER to process and post VarioPlus mailshots. Define the parameters of your mailshot, select the appropriate product variants and decide whether you want to produce your campaign using the single or multi-flow method. Should you choose the latter, you can then decide how the pallets are to be assembled - pallet by pallet or according to product variants.
It's understood that INFOPOST-MANAGER extends the various production lists and provides you with the vario lists required for posting which sometimes can become quite complex.
Users must already have the
Professional module in order to use the Vario module. - Module: Job splitting

The Job splitting module enables you to spread the production and delivery of your items on differing sub suppliers when producing projects with more than 4,000 items. Their items can also be posted on different days. Staggering large mail shots can for instance save time and stock space and may relieve the main supplier.
For each job Infopost-Manager offers a separate set of production and posting lists and prepares the necessary, job spanning check list.
Users must already have the
Professional module in order to use the job splitting module. - IT franking module:

"The IT franking module enables you to prepare your items with IT franking for Infopost using the Infopost-Manager. Once again, the Infopost-Manager provides the full service you have come to expect. All lists needed for posting will be provided. The login via order management is integrated and the data matrix code is also created so that it is ready to go.
We offer the IT franking module as a basic module and an additional module. You only need the basic module once. If you use multiple licenses of the Infopost-Manager or use Infopost-Manager over the network, you only need the additional module to provide further licenses.
Please note that this module requires Infopost-Manager
Professional.
