The AM.portal Internet application offers you direct access to current information on all orders which you have transmitted to Deutsche Post in the AM.exchange data format. If you do not use software for preparation/optimization of shipments, you can also create and process orders online. You can view your current order and shipment statuses at any time and can also communicate with all system partners involved (printing service provider, Lettershop, etc.)

The platform provides access to the following functions:

• Creating and processing orders
• List overview of all planned and current orders
• Status display of existing orders with changes and bundle transit times
• Display of the activities of all partners involved in the order
• Overview of the status of your shipments
• Managing your invoices
• You are immediately informed of news by e-mail.
