AM.exchange - data exchange
The forward-looking XML-based data format networks your IT system with Deutsche Posts's order management system. You create one-off orders and can then easily amend them if necessary. All data is available to you on request and you receive up-to-date status notifications.
Your invoices are also transmitted to you electronically on request.
AM.portal - the user interface
With AM.portal, your communication with all partners involved in the process is made significantly easier. What is special about AM.portal is the interactive functions and their direct access to the program: You always have a precise overview of current and scheduled orders. With the AM.portal, you call up, e.g., existing orders, order changes, tracking information and bundle transit times.
In addition, you are notified immediately by e-mail if any new information on your orders arrives. Therefore you can act promptly and prepare follow-up actions early.
